The Revenue Data & Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in advancing the financial sustainability and strategic growth of the organization through data-driven insights. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting financial, programmatic, and development data to support informed decision-making across departments. Working closely with Finance, Development, and Program teams, the analyst ensures leadership has timely, accurate, and actionable information to guide budgeting, fundraising, and strategic planning efforts.
Create and maintain financial models and reports that support strategic planning, grant applications, and funder reporting.
Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, including financial systems, donor databases (e.g., Salesforce), program management tools, and spreadsheets.
Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports to support organizational decision-making across Finance, Development, and executive teams.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business analytics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or business development analytics.
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as Workday, Salesforce, or SAP.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) best practices.
Exposure to market research.

Effectively establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.
Comfort and experience in handling risk and uncertainty to move work forward.
As of the time of this posting, this is the expected base annual salary range. The base annual salary will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, as well as business needs and limitations.
